FACTS OF THE CASE:

(SHOOTING INCIDENT): About 2400H on September 09, 2022, One Jeany H.

Conway, 30 years old, married, teacher and a wife of John V. Conway residing in Puok
NIA, Buayan, M’lang, Cotabato, appeared and reported on this station, John V. Conway
30 years old, married, laborer, and a resident of Purok NIA, Buayan, M’lang, Cotabato.
He was allegedly shot by the unknown suspect on his house on or about 11:00 in the
morning. The said victim sustained gunshot wound on his head and neck.
