FACTS OF THE CASE:

    That on or about 1700H 05 April 2022, Mr.Kenneth James Tomaquin

of legal age, Married, Businessman by occupation and resident of
Purok-Lagaw, Barangay Kawit Medellin Cebu. Reported to this station
that his son named Kenzakie Tomaquin, 20yrs. old, student, and
resident of the aforesaid place was allegedly boxed by his friend
known as Rudy that transpired at about 5:00 o'clock in the afternoon
of April 4, 2022 particularly at their neighbor's house.
