FACTS OF THE CASE:

(Homicide): BACOLOD CITY - A case of homicide will be filed today

against Peter Gallaza, 32, a security guard who killed his brother-in-
law Police Officer 1 Federto Armateo Jr., member of PNP Special Action
Force assigned in Iligan City.

Entry Nr. 01-2003/5 Mar 24/4:30PM: Person of Peter Gallaza

appeared this office and reported that the suspect who threatened him
was SEAN REYES MALIK.

09- 1141/27 Mar 24/5:00PM: (RE: 091135): Initial investigation

conducted by this station at the place of incident disclosed that
JUSTIN BAYBER and SEAN MALIK had an altercation at the University of
Saint La Salle Integrated School, wherein said suspect gesticulated a
pocket knife at the former. Incident occurred on or about 3:00PM this
date.
