FACTS OF THE CASE:

ATTEMPTED MURDER

Jaysell May Esmas y Rosales, 21 years old, single, resident of Brgy.Gaya-gaya,

Towerville6, San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan, came to this Police Station and
reported that on or about 3:00 PM of March 27, 2022, while she was resting in front of
their house when suddenly Arlene Belonio y Ancheta, 22 years old, resident of the
same barangay, arrived and without reason approached and delivered three(3) stab
blows directed to Mery Joy Zolina but she manage to avoid the said stab blows.

Disposition: This case was filed in court with CC No.2022-0038, Branch 1,MTC,
San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan
