SUBJECT : Spot Report on Frustrated Homicide

Reference: Blotter entry # 2721, page 217 dated January 17, 2020

1. At or on about 1900H of July 17, 2020, a frustrated homicide has transpired at

Brgy. San Roque Marikina City wherein the victim was identified as ZEUS
DOCTOLERO, 27 years old.

2. As referenced above, JIRO KATKURA Y MANIO, suspect, 27 years old stabbed

ZEUS DOCTOLERO with a kitchen knife three (3) times, twice in the shoulder
and one in the head. The victim was rushed to Amang Rodriguez Memorial
Medical Center. According to the victim, while walking along the streets of Brgy.
San Roque Marikina City, he and the suspect encountered and stared at each
other. The suspect upon staring went towards him and they fought by punching
each other without any reason. Subsequently, the suspect drew a knife and
stabbed him. The knife’s handle was removed because the victim got a hold of
the knife.

3. According to the suspect, while walking home, he and the victim encountered
and stared at each other when suddenly the victim struck him with a helmet. The
fight started because of that and the suspect later drew his knife.

4. The suspect is under the custody of Marikina City Police Station.
