Personnel of Manolo Fortich MPS together with BUK PIU jointly conducted operation against Other
Wanted Person at Zone 4, Brgy. Mantibugao, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnonthat resulted in the arrest of
Norvil Junsay y Obsioma aka Boyet Unsay, 36 years old, single, a construction worker and a resident
of Zone 4, Brgy Mantibugao, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the
Violation of PD 1602 docketed under Criminal Case No. 22-8738 issued by Hon. Mariflo Saayo
Agreda, Presiding Judge, 2nd Municipal Circuit Trial Court, 10th Judicial Region, Branch 11,
Manolo Fortich – Libona, Bukidnon dated August 31, 2022, with bail bond recommended fixed at
Php 36,000.00. The arrested accused is temporarily detained at Manolo Fortich MPS for proper
disposition. The Provincial Director expressed his compliment to the responding PNP personnel for a
job well done and relentless effort to place the wanted person under police custody. He also stated
that cooperation and support of community is the key to make Bukidnon a safe place to live and do
