2. After this office has gathered all necssary pieces of evidence and the testimonies of the
witnesses, a cas of Murder, defined and penalize under Article 28 of the Revised Penal Code was
file with the Benguet Provencial Procecutors Office, La Trinidad, Benguet againts the suspect Juan
Tamad y Talaga alias Boy, 45 years old, single a 2nd year student of the Colllege of Education and a
resident at #46 Kanto Road, Baguio regarding the stabbing incident happened on or about 5:30
o’clock in the afternoon on November 27, 2023 inside Room S501, University of the Cordilleras,
Gov. Pack Road, Bakun, Benguet for their further study, evalution and final dispotion.
