2. Please be informed that on or about that 2:00 0’clock In the morning

Of October 23, 2020. A child harassment transpired at Litex, Commonwealth wherein
the
Victim Identified as Sarah Ferrer. 18 years old resident of Brgy. Commonwealth Quezon
City

3. The initial investigation was Sarah left at their home alone at Monday
because her parents goes to province to attend their mothers death ceremony. Tuesday
evening the alyas "macmac" goes to their home knowing that Sarah was alone there.
Since macmac is so close to Sarah, she let him in. At exactly 2 o'clock in the morning,
Sarah felt that there's someone hugging her which walker her up at that point she saw
macmac lying beside her. Macmac started to talk something malicious to her but Sarah
choose to stay calm and think on how to escape with him. Luckily, she has the courage
to pretend that she's hungry and open the door quietly. She told her aunties about it.

4. The Investigation conducted by this precinct/office showed that on cited

TPDO (Legal Order. And while above named of victim Sarah ferrer was went to Aunties
house to say about it.

5. Let this particular case be forwarded to the Rizal Prosecution Office for
proper action and disposition.
