WHAT : Robbery with Rape and Homicide

WHY :
FACTS OF THE CASE

At about 10 o’clock in the evening of 20 November 2023, the Quezon City Police District
received a complaint from Reymalyn Ponce residing beside trucking company in 31 road 1
project 6 Quezon City. This was initially investigated by PO1 Zyrie Dela Cruz, where revealed
that Angel Regine Marquez is a secretary and a Caretaker at a trucking company in 31 road 1
project 6. Angel Regine Marquez was known in that place because she lives in that place. Alex
Palmenco is also a worker in that place which is a driver in that trucking company too. Alex Julian
Palmenco likes Angel Regine Marquez, which she often stalks.

HOW:
One of the witnesses, Reymalyn Ponce, said that they saw Alex Julian Palmenco leaving
the gate at 0930H with some blood on him. They didn’t think anything unusual about leaving that
place because Alex Julian Palmenco is also a worker in that place. One of the witnesses
remembered Angel Regine Marquez to go out and have their snacks before they left. After the
witnesses peeked inside, they saw the body of Angel Regine Marquez lying on the ground and
full of blood in her body, they immediately reported it to the Quezon City Police District. The
investigation conducted revealed that the identified suspect of the crime is Alex Julian Palmenco.
While being arrested he admitted that he committed it.
