7. Facts of the case :

a. A shooting incident reported in the M’lang Municipal Police Station reported
by wife of the victim transpired at Purok NIA, Buayan, M’lang, Cotabato.
b. Leonida Moreno Velado a 48 years old, resident of the same place met the
investigator upon arrival. She describe the identification of the suspect related
to the incident that she witnessed. She added further, that the suspect was
well-known to the said place and identified as Antonio Gregorio Managuit.
c. The investigation disclosed that the suspect Antonio Gregorio Managuit
identified by a witness Leonida Moreno Velado, and further investigation
pushed the suspect through the Gun he used during the incident.
d. Autopsy report conducted at Amas, Kidapawan City crime laboratory
determined the cause of death was because of the gun shot on his neck,
head, and trunk.
e. Recovered pieces of evidence which the gun used by the suspect and the
empty shell of the caliber 45 which conducted a ballistic laboratory and
pushed the suspect as responsible for.
f. The suspect was booked with no. 987654-32. He detained first on the Camp
Bulgaw, Amas Provincial Jail, Kidapawan City.
