AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made and entered into this 22ND day of NOVEMBER 2022 by and between:

Mr. JUNREY CABURNAY AGONOD, a resident of SEASIDE, PAJO, Lapu-lapu City, referred to as
the First Party
And

Mr. JHON BAGUMBAYAN, a resident of PUROK KAMUNGGAY, GUN-OB, Lapu-lapu City,

referred to as the Second Party

Both parties hereby agree:

1. That the First Party has committed Physical assault which resulted to Abrasion and Swelling
Upper Lip to the Second Party to the Second Party last November 21, 2022 at 8:30 in the
evening.
2. The incident happened in Bridgeside,Pajo, Lapu-lapu City near Motoriz Corporation.
3. Both parties have agreed to settle the damages done with monetary consideration.
4. The settlement will be done in the Office of the Barangay Secretary today, November 22, 2022.
5. The total monetary consideration for settlement is One Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100
Pesos Only (PHP 1,500.00).

This agreement shall take effect upon execution by the parties.
