VENUE RENTAL SERVICE CONTRACT

This agreement is executed between:

 Labo Progressive Multipurpose Cooperative (LPMPC) a duly registered

cooperative, with office Purok 2 Barangay Malasugui Labo Camarines Norte,
Philippines represented by: Mario M. Espeso, hereinafter referred to as LPMPC.

 Ms. Maria Cecilia Z. Pedir, Filipino, of legal age and with address at P-1, Brgy.
Baay Labo, Camarines Norte, and hereinafter referred to the Barangay
Coordinator (Person In-charge of the event place)

Agreed upon as follows:

Article 1
The Second Party agrees to use the following during the event:

1. The event space is available for rent for the Labo Progressive Multi-purpose
Cooperative staff and officers (LPMPC) to conduct Financial Literacy Training on July
20, 2023.

2. The rental of the Venue includes the use of the space, tables, and chairs for up to 50
plus guests, a cordless microphone, a projection screen, a speaker, and other visual
equipment, regardless of the number of guests attending the event.

Article 2
The First Party agrees to perform the following:

1. Pay the rental of the Second Party in the amount of One thousand eight hundred
(Php 1,800.00) used on Financial Literacy Training
