MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

This UNDERSTANDING is made and entered into this 9th day of April 2024, by
and between:

Ma Leah Rubee B. Lustre Foundation, 123 Emelda Street , Sorsogon, Philippines,

represented by the President and Chief Executive Officer MA. LEAH RUBEE B.
LUSTRE hereby referred to as FIRST PARTY
And
Maze B. Monte Corporation, 456 Palang Street, Sorsogon, Philippines , represented
by the general manager MAZE B. MONTE hereby referred to as SECOND PARTY

Purpose:
This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) outlines the intention of both parties to
collaborate on a community development project aimed at providing educational
resources to underserved areas in Anytown.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Scope of Work: FIRST PARTY will oversee the development and implementation of
educational programs, while SECOND PARTY will provide financial support and
logistical assistance.
2. Duration: This MOU shall be effective as of the date of signing and shall remain in
force for two years.
3. Resources: FIRST PARTY will allocate staff members to coordinate the project, while
SECOND PARTY will contribute Php.50,000 annually to fund program activities.
4. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to treat any confidential information shared during
the course of this agreement with confidentiality.
5. Termination: Either party may terminate this MOU by providing 30 days' written notice
to the other party.
6. Amendments: Any amendments to this MOU must be made in writing and signed by
both parties.
7. Governing Law: This MOU shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the Philippines

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties thru their authorized officials have hereunto affix

Street, Sorsogon, Philippines.
