MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

This Memorandum of Agreement is entered into on August 5 20204, by and

between:

Messy B. Monte ,Monte's Porky Lumpia a small lumpia business having its
principal place of business at San Augustine Irosin Sorsogon

and

Maze B. Monte , Maze Meatshope a small Meatshope bussiness at San Juan

Irosin Sorsogon.

1. Purpose. The purpose of this MOA is to establish a collaborative

relationship between Monte's Pork Lumpia and Maze Meatshope to
ensure a fresh meat supply to Monte's Pork Lumpia

2. Terms of Agreement In addition to providing help and support for

product development project.

3. Maze Meatshope agrees to deliver fresh meat pork to satisfy the

criteria of Monte's Pork Lumpia

4. Scope of Work: supply a fresh meat ingredients for Monte's Pork

Lumpia

5. Payment: 15,000 for 20 kilos

6. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the Confidentiality of

any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of this
agreement.

7. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed

in accordance with the laws of Philippines

8. Amendments: Any amendments or modifications to this agreement

must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
