AGREEMENT ON THE SALE OF A PROPERTY

This agreement is entered by and between the negotiator and authorize holder
Mr. Angelito A. Quiambao and agents of the property with CLOA TITLE, located at Brgy.
Bamban, Hermosa, Bataan with an area of 400HAS, own by
____________________________

1. The desired selling price ₱100/sq. mtr.

a. To protect the herein agents. The undersigned Authorize Holder and
negotiator executed this agreement with the agents on the following term
and conditions.

2. The five percent (5%) commission for the sales of the property will be divided
as Agent commission

3. For the peace of mind of all the parties concerned the herein parties agreed
on terms and conditions mentioned above.

4. That the release of the share of all the agents will be handled over by the
authorize holder and negotiator upon the release of payment by the buyer.
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed the instrument at
