Credit Agreement Contract

This Credit Agreement is made and entered into on May 25, 2027, by and between:

Maze B. Monte, with a principal place of business at San Julian Irosin Sorsogon
And
Janna Macinas, with a principal place of residence at Gabao Irosin Sorsogon

1. Loan Amount:
The Creditor agrees to lend to the Borrower the sum of Php. 30,000, to be disbursed in
Full on October 3 2027

2. Interest Rate:
The loan shall accrue interest at the rate of 12% per annum, calculated

3. Repayment Terms:
The Borrower shall repay the loan in [Number of Payments] installments of [Amount]
each, beginning on [Date], and continuing on the [Frequency] thereafter until the loan is
fully repaid.

4. Late Payment:
In the event of late payment, the Borrower shall be subject to a late fee of [Late Fee
Amount] for each occurrence.

5. Prepayment:
The Borrower may prepay the loan, in part or in full, at any time without penalty.

6. Security/Collateral:

7. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of

8. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the
subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings,
whether oral or written.
