Morong, Bataan, and do hereby appoint SALVADOR C. ALMONTE, married, legal age, Filipino,
resident of Russia St. Bonuan, Binloc, Dagupan City and to be my rue and lawful attorney-in-fact for
me and in my name, place, and stead

1. Transact and sign on my behalf important documents and papers needed for the process
regarding the sale of my/our Los located at Brgy. Bamban, Masinloc, and San Lorenzo,
Zambales covered by OCT nos. 71, 72, 73 and 75 with an are of 18,258,352 square meters,
more or less, in the name of JESUSA JOAQUIN.

2. To Receive Payments and sign important documents regarding the sale of our lots stated
above.

and perform al and every act requisite or necessary to carry info effect the foregoing authority as
fully to all intents and purposes as might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby
