INVESTMENT AGREEMENT

This INVESTMENT Agreement is dated this 7th day of March 2023 at Sindalan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga
2000. BETWEEN:

MARIA CERCI D. MAREGMEN of, Gloria 2, Sindalan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga
The INVESTOR

And

AVJ LENDING represented by Adrian Tulabut, Josesp Maregmen and Vergel Espinosa
The LENDING BUSINESS OWNER
TERMS:
Investment Amount

1. The Investor promises to lend ₱39,000.00 (Thirty-Nine Thousand Pesos Only) to AVJ Lending for additional
working capital purposes and the promises to repay this principal amount to the Investor on September

Interest

2. AVJ LENDING should pay the Investor 5% of the total loan amount as interest every month up to the maturity date.

Payment

3. AVJ LENDING will pay the Investor Php 52,650.00 (Fifty Two Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Pesos only) on
September 30, 2023, through cash or direct deposit, in which the amount was derived from the below computation:

Total Invested Amount 39,000.00

Total Interest (Php 39,000.00x 5% x 7 months) 13,650.00
Total payment in Cash / Direct deposit 52,650.00

Default

4. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, if the Borrower defaults in the performance of any obligation
under this Agreement, then the Investor may declare the principal amount owing and the interest due under this Agreement
at that time to be immediately due and payable and additional 5% as liquidated damages.

Costs

5. All costs in relation to this agreement shall be borne by both parties.

Governing Law

6. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
