INVESTMENT MONEY AGREEMENT

BETWEEN

MS. ANEL S. DE GUZMAN, Filipino, 43 years old, residing at Block 60 Lot 33 & 35 Gibraltar St., Brgy.
Putingkahoy, Silang, Cavite known as Marketing Staff of MS JANICE M. NASAYAO, an investment
handler;

AND

MS. MITA F. GABRIEL, Filipino, residence of B8 Lot 35 VSM 5, San Mateo, Rizal, known as Investor.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. That the Investor invested an amount of Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 10,000.00) to the
Investment Handler through her Marketing Staff as a Money Investment on February 28,
2023;
2. That the money invested amounting Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 10,000.00) will earn 8%
Monthly Dividend as agreed both parties;
3. That the Investment Handler promised to pay the monthly dividend amounting to Eight
Hundred Pesos (Php 800.00) through her staff to the investor;
4. That this agreement is an open contract and renewable upon termination of the investment
agreement as the Investment Handler may decide;
5. That the invested money will be pre-arranged and will be returned back to the Investor two
(2) months after termination of the investment money agreement due to bank processing;
6. That the Investment Handler shall be liable and accountable on the Invested Money if any
problem may occur;
7. That all confidential information provided hereto shall not be disclosed to anyone without
any consent from both parties.
