REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT;

This REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE ( hereinafter referred as the “Mortgage” ),

dated 26th day of June 2022, executed in 48 Priory Avenue, Westcliff on Sea, SS2 6LD, by and between:

NASHRIN G. DANOS, legal age, Filipino and resident of Talaytay, Argao, Cebu,
hereinafter referred to as the “MORTGAGOR”.

-AND-

TERESITA SMITT, legal age, Filipino and a resident of San Isidro, Talisay City, Cebu,
hereinafter referred to as “MORTGAGEE”.

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, MORTGAGEE, has agreed to entered into contract of loan in the sum of 8,000 pounds
and 529,000.00 Php on condition among others that the contract of loan be secured by a first mortgage
over REAL ESTATE PROPERTY owned by Mortgagors, that the loan amount shall be return with within 2
years

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the forgoing premises and in order to secure the
due and full payment and performance of the Secured Obligations, the Mortgagors, by way of its first
mortgage hereby transfer, convey, and encumber, in favor of the Mortgagee, all of the Mortgagors
rights, title and interest in a parcel of land, TAX DECLARATION No. 41218, situated in Talaytay, Argao,
Cebu, with an area of 1,620 square meters, more particularly described as follows:
