AUTHORIZATION TO OCCUPY A PARCEL OF LAND

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Authorization to occupy a parcel of land made and and executed by:

EVARISTO MAGGAY, Filipino Citizen of legal age and a resident of San Isidro, Baggao,
Cagayan, herein referred to as landowner,

-in favor of-

SPOUSES LAMBERTO DURITA MAGGAY and MERLINDA MIGUEL MAGGAY,

also Filipino Citizens, both of legal age and a residents of Zone 01, San Jose, Baggao, Cagayan, herein
referred to as spouses;

WITNESSETH:

That for and in consideration of the amount of One Hundred Thousand Forty-Four Pesos
(P144,000.00), the landowner hereby acknowledge and authorize by way of this document unto and in
favor of the spouses, his heirs, successors and assigns to occupy and build a building thereon on a
parcel of land situated at San Jose, Baggao, Cagayan and more particularly described as follows:

“A lot embraced under Transfer Certificate of Title No. 1509 designated as Lot No. 3032-A,
Psd-2-001020,Sk-2-000239; bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 3058; on the SW., along line 2-
3; on the W., along line 3-4 by Road; and on NE., along line 5-6; along line 6-7 both by Lot 3032-B-
psd-2-01-001020; on the NE along Line 7-1 by Lot 3033, Pls-414-D; containing an area of One
Hundred Twenty (8 by 15) Square meters, more or less”

FURTHERMORE, in the meantime, the SPOUSES shall temporarily take possession and,
consequently, build a house on the above-described portion of land until such time that the full amount
of the property shall have been paid.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this ____ of February
2023 at San Isidro, Baggao, Cagayan.
