DEED OF TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF TRANSFER OF RIGHT, made and executed this ____ day of ____________ 2023 at
Barangay San Jose, Antipolo City, by and between:

MARK GANSOEN AS-IL SR. of legal age, Filipino and with residence address at Quarry Tagbac,
Barangay San Jose, Antipolo City, hereunder referred to as the “TRANSFEROR”.
-and-
JASPER BANGLOT AS-IL of legal age, Filipino and with residence address at Sitio Quarry Tagbac,
Baranfay San Jose, Antipolo City, hereunder referred to as the “TRANSFEREE”.

WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the TRANSFEROR, is the holder of right and possessor of parcel of land situated
at Phase III Sitio Tanza I, Barangay San Jose, Antipolo City:
WHEREAS, the TRANSFEROR, wisher to transfer, convey or dispose of his rights, interest
and ownership over a portion of land with area of ? square meters to the TRANSFEREE, to be taken
from the land possessed by the TRANSFEROR, under PSU No. ______, Lot No. 62, including the
improvements introduced thereon;
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of foregoing premises, the TRANSFEROR
hereby transfers, convey and assign whatever rights, interest and ownership he has over the area of
300 square meters to be taken from the land possessed by the TRANSFEROR, under PSU No.
______, Lot No. 62, situated at Phase III Sitio Tanza I, Barangay San Jose, Antipolo City, including
the improvements introduced thereon in favor of the TRANSFEREE, his heir and assign in interest,
provided the cost of expenses to be incurred for the titling of the transferred area shall be to the
account of the TRANSFEREE.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereto set our hands this _____ day of __________ 2023,
