DEED OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: This Real Estate Mortgage made and executed by and between: TERESA BURIO, of legal age, Filipino, married and with residence address at 351 Apitong st. Brgy. Comembo, Makati City, herein referred to as the Mortgagor; JOCELYN S. ANDA, of legal age, Filipino, married and with residence address at 31-k G.L Jaena st. Brgy. West Rembo, Makati City, herein called the Mortgagee;

WITNESSETH:
1. That the Mortgagor does hereby convey by way of Real Estate Mortgage unto the Mortgagee, Residential House and Lot located at 351 Apitong st. Brgy. Comembo, Makati City, herein of which the Mortgagor is the absolute owner. 2. That this Real Estate Mortgage is given as a security for the payment to the mortgagee of a loan of One Hundred Thousand pesos (PHP 100,000.00), payable in one (1) year commencing on June 07, 2013 to June 07, 2014, renewable at the option of both parties. 3. That the condition of this Mortgage is the Mortgage shall use and copy the said premises until fully paid. 4. That the condition of this Real Estate Mortgage are such that if the Mortgagor shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto Mortgagee the aforesaid sum, then the same shall be further force and effect, otherwise, the same remain in full force and effect and shall be enforceable in the manner provided by law.
