NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF

JEBSENS LOGISTICS SERVICES CORPORATION

NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Directors and stockholders representing
at least two-thirds of the outstanding Capital Stock of JEBSENS LOGISTICS
SERVICES CORPORATION, have approved the voluntary dissolution of
JEBSENS LOGISTICS SERVICES CORPORATION by shortening its
corporate term until (Date). This notice shall serve as public notice that JEBSENS
LOGISTICS SERVICES CORPORATION requests that persons with claims
against JEBSENS LOGISTICS SERVICES CORPORATION present them in
writing to JEBSENS LOGISTICS SERVICES CORPORATION at the following
address: Herma Industrial Complex, Baseco Marivels, Bataan.
All claims must be presented with supporting documentation evidencing the name
and address of the claimant, amount of claim, and background documentation
supporting the claim. A claim against JEBSENS LOGISTICS SERVICES
CORPORATION will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is
commenced within three (3) years after its corporate existence has been duly revoked
by the SEC.
