Reportorial Requirements for issuer of Securities

The following are the reportorial requirements of reporting companies who sold registered
securities.

1) An annual report on SEC Form 17-A - within one hundred five (105) calendar days after the
end of the fiscal year.

2) A quarterly report on SEC Form 17-Q- within forty-five (45) calendar days after end of
each of the first three quarters of each fiscal year.

3) A current report on SEC Form 17-C, as may be necessary.

4) The disclosure required by SRC Rule 17.I.I.I.3(a) shall be made by the company in
accordance with the following guidelines:

a. Promptly to the public through the news media;


b. If the issuer is not listed on an Exchange - SEC Form 17-C within five (5) calendar days
after the occurrence of the event reported (unless substantially similar information as
that required by Form 17-C has been previously reported to the Commission by the
Issuer)
