LOAN WITH COLLATERAL AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT, made this 31st day of August in the year 2023, by and between JOS ENAVARRO
TAROMA of legal age, with postal address a POBLACION ANAO, TARLAC hereinafter known as the
DEBTOR and BENEDICTO V. ALARCON of legal age with postal address at Block 18 Lot 33, San Vicente
Homes Subdivision, San Vicente, Santa Maria hereinafter known as the CREDITOR, witnesseth:

That the DEBTOR is indebted unto the CREDITOR in the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY
(P200,000.00), Philippine Currency, receipt which is acknowledged by the CREDITOR upon the signing of
this instrument, payable within a period of 4 months, with interest thereon at the rate of 8% per month;

COMPUTATIONS:

Principal Loan : P200,000.00


Monthly Interest : P16,000.00
Total Interest in four (4) months P64,000.00
Principal Loan plus 4 months interest : P264,000.00

PAYMENT

The DEBTOR shall make payment to the CREDITOR in under the following instructions;
Daily payment in the amount of TWO THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P2,000.00) to be collected by the
Creditor or by Mister Edgardo R. Campanero (Witness) every afternoon if fail to pay, said amount
will be collected on the following day. Collection of payment will start on September 1, 2023.
SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT
September 1 to 30, 2023 - 30 days P 60,000.00
October 1 to 31, 2023 - 31 days P 62,000.00
November 1 to 30, 2023 - 30 days P 60,000.00
December 1 to 31, 2023 - 31 days P 62,000.00
January 1 to 10, 2024 - 10 days P 20,000.00
132 days P264,000.00
Note : If fail to pay the whole amount on January 10, 2024 we will imposed re-computation to 5
months interest based on Principal amount of P200,000.00.
COLLATERAL

The hereby agrees to provide the Secured Party with full right and provide the original copy of lot title
the ownership to the following property as collateral to secure the debt listed above:

TERMS

1. The Debtor warrants that no other Creditor has right to ownership of the listed collateral that may
interfere with the Secured Party's ability to take and profit from the sale of said property in the event
that the above listed debts are not repaid.

2. The Debtor warrants that they are the rightful legal owner of the listed collateral.

3. The Debtor agrees to notify the Secured Party by any changes to their contact information or physical
address.

4. The Debtor agrees not to sell or transfer ownership of the property listed in this collateral agreement
until their debt to the Secured Party has been fully resolved.

5. Should the Debtor default on the above listed debt, the Secured Party shall have the right to seize the
listed collateral and resell it to recoup their lost investments.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Agreement as of the undersigned dates
