INVESTMENT AGREEMENT

This Investment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on this 6th day of
November, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Herminio III Santana and Jomark
Paguagan.

RECITALS
A. Herminio III Santana, a businessman and owner of Ninong Junnie Thai Parts and
Accesories.
B. Jomark Paguagan is willing to enter into this Agreement to provide to Herminio III Santana
the ₱100,000.00 investment in consideration of the royalties to be paid 2 months in time.

AGREEMENTS
The parties hereby agree as follows:
1. Investment. On November 6, 2023 (The “Effective Date”) , Jomark Paguagan shall remit
to Herminio III Santana a cash payment of ₱ 100,000.00 (the “Investment”).
Both Parties have agreed that the investment will earn a monetary interest equivalent to
10% of the total amount every month.
2. Royalty to Jomark Paguagan. In return for the Investment, Herminio III Santana agrees to
pay to Jomark Paguagan an amount equal to 10% of the total amount every month. If the
investor decided to get the money in less than 2 months, Herminio III Santana’s obligation to
pay any further Royalties to Jomark Paguagan shall terminate. The Royalty shall be calculated
after 1 month and shall be paid by Herminio III Santana.
