CONTRACT OF SERVICE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Contract of Service is being entered into by and between:

BAYCITY WARRIORS, INC., a corporation duly organized and existing under and by
virtue of the laws of the Philippines, operating as a professional basketball club affiliated to
Tacloban Basketball Association, with office address at 3 rd Floor Malakas Building, Barangay
85, San Jose, Tacloban City, represented by its President, Justine Yu, hereinafter referred to as
the “First Party”;
- and -
BALDRICH ONGSOTTO, of legal age, Filipino, and residing at Barangay 78, Marasbaras,
Tacloban City, a free agent professional basketball player, hereinafter referred to as the
Contractor or the “Second Party”;

WITNESSETH

That the First Party is in need of the professional basketball services of the Contractor
particularly in:

Rendering basketball professional services by playing all exhibition and regular

season matches for the First Party in Tacloban Basketball Association’s 2023 – 2024
Regular Season.

That in view hereof, the parties hereto mutually agree to enter into this contract of
service under the following terms and conditions:

TERMS and CONTIDITIONS

a. That the total costs agreed is TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS

(200,000.00) Philippine Currency, shall include the professional fees of the
SECOND PARTY.

b. That the term of service for this contract shall commence immediately on the
18th of September 2023;

c. That the total number of games including exhibition and regular season games
of which the SECOND PARTY is required to render his services is a total 30
games;

d. That in case the SECOND PARTY fails to participate in any of the games for
the regular season of the basketball association herein mentioned, the first
party reserves the right to penalize the SECOND PARTY by deducting his
salary. The deduction shall be computed by dividing the number of games
missed to the number of regular season games multiplied to the total cost
agreed;

e. That the SECOND PARTY is entitled to five percent (5%) bonus pay for
every player of the game award, player of the week award, or any in-season
awards which the SECOND PARTY may receive during the course of the
season, computed by multiplying five percent (5%) of the total cost agreed to
the number of awards the SECOND PARTY may receive. The bonus pay
shall be given at the end of the regular season; and

 f. That in the case, the SECOND PARTY, breaches this contract, the FIRST
PARTY shall have the right to terminate this contract and recover damages or
compel the SECOND PARTY to render the services agreed upon by
instituting any or all legal actions applicable as provided by the law.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both parties have hereto set their hands this 18th day of
September in the City of Tacloban.

This instrument refers to a Deed of Absolute Sale of a Motor Vehicle containing 2 pages
