INVESTMENT CONTRACT

I, Mecca Panganiban, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single, and with address C-16 SE
Cambridge Village Cainta, Rizal referred to as FIRST PARTY acknowledged to have
obtained an investment capital from Florida Lorraine N. Gajasan, referred to as
INVESTOR, of legal age, Filipino, and with residence at B37 L6 Rottweil St Mercedes
Executive Village San Miguel, Pasig City in the amount of ONE HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS (P100,000.00).

It was agreed upon by the First Party and the Investor that the investment shall have the
following terms and conditions:

1. The term of the investment contract is 3 months from May 8, 2023 to

August 8, 2023.
2. The entire principal amount of the investment shall bear interest for the full 3
months term thereof at the rate of 8% per 2 weeks, equivalent to
P16,000.00 every month payable every 8 th and 23rd of the month, such
that the total amount of interest due for this investment is P48,000.00.
3. The principal amount of P100,000.00 will be returned back to the investor
upon the completion of the contract on August 8, 2023.
4. In the event of the First PARTY’s failure to pay at the agreed schedule of
payment when such payment becomes due, the entire obligation, inclusive of
the unpaid interests, as well as the full principal amount of the investment
shall automatically become due and demandable as a result.
5. The interest will automatically continue every 2 weeks and will be
demandable even the contract has finished in the event that the FIRST
PARTY fails to pay the INVESTMENT AMOUNT AND INTEREST in due
time.
