MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT S:

This memorandum of Agreement (here in referred to as Agreement or MOA) made and entered by and
between:

The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF ROSARIO, NORTHERN SAMAR, a government entity existing by virtue
of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines with office address at Poboacion 2, Rosario, Northern
Samar, presented here in by it’s local Chief Executive, Hon. David A. Bido;

And

The BUENAVISTA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL (BNHS), with principal address at Brgy.Buenavista, Rosario
Northern Samar represented here in by it’s School Principal, SYLVIA B. LADEÑO,here in referred to as
Second party.

WITHNESSETH

WHEREAS, Local governments units do provide support to public basic education because they have
access to sustainable source of financial resources that are earmarked for the basic Education.

WHEREAS, the BUENAVISTA NATIONAL High School is an educational institution situated within the
premises of the municipality which caters Rosario hanons in the Junior and Senior High School
Categories;

WHEREAS, the Local Government Unit of Rosario, Northern Samar extends any available assistance in
the operation of various school institution within it’s area of jurisdiction like provision of additional
manpower to augment the teaching staff of BNHD;

WHEREAS, this collaboration is vital to ensure efficiency among school stakeholders and of this
municipality;

Duties and Responsibilities

A. The LGU-Rosario shall

1. Hire Ms. Angielyn A. Barcial as Job Order employee to be detailed at BNHS;
2. Provide funds for the Salary/wages of the detailed volunteer teacher in a daily basis
amounting to ______________________
3. Provide assistance to second party whenever necessary or as may be requested;
B. The Second party
1. Provide necessary technical assistance needed to the volunteer teacher in the
performance of tasks assigned;
2. Supervise and assess the pert of Ms. Angielyn A. Barcial and provide necessary
feedback to improve the tasks assigned;
3. Issue necessary documents as may be requested by the LGU-Rosario, Norther Samar for
documentation and or the volunteer teacher as proof of evidence of her work
experience for employment purposes;

EFFECTIVITY
This MOA shall take effect upon the signing here of and shall remain valid until terminated
by mutual agreement of the parties or unilaterally for cause. The terms of this MOA which
by their nature extend beyond it’s termination shall remain in effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have affixed their signature to this Agreement on
