Topics
• The facilitator discussed the flow of activity and ask per project coordinator about
their updates to their assigned activities.
• The Focal person of TRIAS, Ms. Beverly S. Medrano, discussed the activities from
quarter 1 to 4th Quarter.
• The food technologist, report the status of pineapple that will be possible to use as
raw materials of quench pineapple. She also discussed the sizes of pineapple from
buraot, medium to good size, and the waste of each sizes of pineapple. Also
discussed the shelf life, formula for pure juice and packaging, notice to consumer
about increasing of prices.
• Consolidate the budget for business planning from, every project (IPP/Handloom
weaving, Deco-fiber, APTC).
• Noted: the budget for business planning will not be exceed to 205,000 pesos.
