II. NARRATIVE REPORT

On June 5, 2022 at about 9:25 AM at RHU, Bugallon Proper, Ramon, Isabela

personnel of Ramon Police Station led by PCpl Jhoana Key R Felipe, MCAD PNCO
conducted 2nd Quarter MADAC and BADAC Meeting to all Brgy.Captain, Secretaries and SK
Presidents in this municipality. Topics discussed were the enactment of Ordinance of the
BADPA, Monitoring and Reporting System of Persons allegedly involved in Illegal Drugs
activity and utilization and reporting of BADPA Fund. The Barangay Anti-Drug Plan of Action
(BADPA) is an important requirement towards ensuring a functional Barangay Anti-Drug
Abuse Council (BADAC) in addressing illegal drug problem in the country’s smallest political
unit. The BADAC tasked to the planning and implementation, and monitoring of all barangay
anti-drug abuse programs, projects and activities. Moreover, PMAJ CHRISTOPHER T
DANAO encourage us to work with partnership with the PNP not only in fighting against
Illegal Drugs but also for Anti-Criminality to maintain the Peace and Order in the Municipality.
