1. Reference: Memorandum from C, RCADD dated September 14, 2022 with same
subject as above.

2. In connection with the above reference, submitted hereunder is the

consolidated after activity report on Actionable Items for the PNP Committee on
Legal Action, to wit;

On September 14, 2022, Personnel from Maragusan MPS conducted

intensified TRIMP engagements and all other channels of communication to
massively disseminate to the general public the committed atrocities, human rights
violations and all forms of violence perpetrated by CTGs/LTGs in our areas of
responsibilities (AOR).
 On September 14, 2022, at about 3:00 PM, PSSg Marcelino T Simbajon Jr.,
PCAD PNCO under the direct supervision of PCPT GERALD E BORJA,
ACOP aired a radio program entitled “Pahimangno ug Kasayuran Gikan sa
Kapulisan” at Radyo Kahimunan, 101.3 FM. Highlighted on the said radio program
was the salient points of Anti-Illegal Drugs, Anti-Rape, and Anti-Insurgency
Awareness. Further, disseminate on air to the radio listeners the committed
atrocities, human rights violations, and all forms of violence perpetrated by
CTGs/LTGs in the municipality of Laak. The activity held at Radyo Kahimunan
Office, Laak, Davao De Oro and ended at about 4:00PM on the same date.

On September 14, 2022 5:20 PM, PAT Fransis Alain O Maceda, PCAD Clerk
of Maco MPS conducted information Education Campaign (IEC) distribution to
individuals on the salient points of E.O. 70, Anti-Terrorism Awareness and Street
Crime Prevention Tips. Activity held at Maco Night Market, Brgy Poblacio, Maco,
Davao de Oro and ended at 5:30 PM of same date

Please be informed that New Bataan MPS conducted intensified TRIMP

engagements and all other channels of communication to massively disseminate to
the general public the committed atrocities, human rights violations and all forms of
violence perpetrated by CTGs/LTGs in our areas of responsibilities (AOR). The
following are the pictures taken during the activity.
 On September 14, 2022 at about 4:27 PM, PSSg Christopher T Cabillar,
PCAD PNCO of this station under the direct supervision of PLTCOL
GOMERSENDO L DIWATA II, ACOP conducted Radio Guesting at DXAC FM 90.3
FM at Crossing Gabi, Compostela, Davao de Oro. Said activity conducted intensified
TRIMP engagements and all other channels of communication to massively
disseminate to the general public the committed atrocities, human rights violations
and all forms of violence perpetrated by CTGs/LTGs also involves discussion on
“Anti- Rape Law”, RA 9262 and strict implementation of curfew,crime prevention tips
for the safety and security of everyone, and Anti-Terrorism. Furthermore, this station
will continue to provide awareness lectures and information dessemination to
different barangays of this municipality for the safety and welfare of the whole
community. Activity ended at about 5:00 PM of the same date.
