PLTCOL JONATHAN YABO, to our OIC, PARMU, PMAJ ROLANDO C MATINONG
and COPs,/ACOPs/OICs of the different cities and municipalities of Zamboanga del
Norte, a pleasant morning to all of us.
It is my pleasure to welcome all the participants of this 2-day seminar-workshop as well
as all the eminent speakers and guest who will later share knowledge and expertise on
the policy guidelines of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr, SILG and C, PNP PGEN
RODOLFO SANTOS AZURIN, JR.
The very purpose of cascading the policy guidelines of our President, SILG and C, PNP
is to align all our activities to their directives with the intent to serve better the public in
enforcing the law, preventing and controlling crimes, maintaining peace and order and
ensure public safety and internal security with the active support of the community. The
directive of our C, PNP- Malasakit plus Kapayapaan plus Kaayusan equals Kaularan- is
an equation that emphasizes the contributory factors in attaining a safer place to live,
work and do business.
I know you are all eager to participate to this seminar-workshop. Without further ado, I
hope this day motivates all of us to learn new ideas in performing our duties and
responsibilities.
