TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that due to COVID-19 Pandemic experienced

worldwide, Barangay Poblacion, Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte failed to conduct
monthly meetings of the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council
(BDRRMC) as mandated under Republic Act 7160 and other Memorandum Circulars
and Executive Orders addressing the Rapid Mutations of the aforemenioned virus.

THIS CERTIFIES FURTHER that said Memorandum Circulars and Executive

Orders prohibited us to have gatherings, meetings and the like.

THIS CERTIFICATION is being issued upon the request of Barangay

Secretary ROLANDO CHI LAGAT to justify some unavailable documents of the up-
coming Assessment of the Barangay disaster Risk Reduction Management Council
(BDRRMC).

Hoping that this be given utmost due consideration.
