DESIGNATING THE MEMBERS OF THE BARANGAY BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE

(BAC)

Pursuant to the provisions of RA. No. 9184 known as Government Procurement Reform Act, I
HON. LUDIVINO A. FUNILAS, Punong Barangay, Barangay Lucanin, Mariveles, Bataan, do hereby
order and designate the following as members of the Barangay Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), to
wit;

Section 1. Composition, Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities.

2. Barangay Kagawad HON. MARK CHING LEE M. CAPITAN
3. Barangay Kagawad HON. ARIES B. RUBIO
4. Barangay Kagawad HON. JULIE ANN D. CAPULI
5. Barangay Kagawad HON. ALFREDO F. MOJICA
6. Barangay Kagawad HON. EMELITA F. AQUINO
7. Barangay Kagawad HON. ELIZABETH S. ROSAL

Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:

 Advertise and/or post the invitation to bid.

 Conduct pre-procurement and pre-bid conferences.
 Determine the eligibility of prospective bidders, receive bids, conduct the evaluation of bids and
undertake post-qualification proceedings.
 Recommend award of contracts to the Head of Procuring Entity or his duly authorized
representative.
 Perform such other function as mandated for under RA. No. 9184.

Section 2. Effectivity. This order shall take effect immediately upon approval.
