SUMMARY REPORT

I. OBJECTIVES OF THE ACTIVITY By the end of the activity, the participants shall be able to:

1. To deliver the State of the Barangay Address;

2. To inform the constituents of the financial status, accomplishments, on-
going and planned PPA’s of the Barangay and the Sangguniang Kabataan;
3. To render/ present Committee Reports
4. To introduce the new sets of Elected Council and Employees
5. To solicit comments, suggestion and reaction from our residents
6. Discuss other matters

II. HIGHLIGHTS A. PRELIMINARIES

 The Barangay Assembly started at 9:40 PM with the opening prayer led by
our Lupon Pastor Ronnie Andrino followed by the singing of the Philippine
National Anthem thru an AVP.
 The master of Ceremony, Sec Ronnie Ross McDaniel acknowledged the
Barangay Officials Present and the Sangguniang Kabataan Officials as well.
The Municipal DILG Officer Madam Stephany Panaligan was present and
acknowledged as well together with the representative of the Barangay
Affairs Office Sec. Rena Martinez
 Madam Stephany Panaligan, our Municipal DILG Officer welcomed all the
attendees and proceeded with the reading of the SILG’s Message to the
Barangay.

B. PRESENTATION OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS

 The State of the Barangay Address (SOBA) was rendered by our Punong
Barangay Hon. Marvin M. Martinez immediately right after the Punong
barangay also reported the PPA accomplishments of the Barangay from
April 2023 to February, 2024 thru a Power Point presentation.
 The Sangguniang Kabataan PPA’s accomplishments was reported by SK
chairperson Hon. Clyrene Jhyne Valencia thru a Power Point Presentation.
 The Barangay Treasurer, Analiza F. Sanchez, gave the Financial Report thru

a Power Point Presentation explaining the Estimated Barangay Budget for

Year 2024 and its allocations and the Actual Income and expenditure of the
barangay from April, 2023 to February, 2024
 Each of the newly elected officials were introduced and their committee
chairmanship. They also reported the activities they have done since their
assumption.
 The Barangay Secretary, Ronnie Ross McDaniel presented the Compliance
of barangay Cawag to National laws and issuances thru a power point
presentation namely KP, Road clearing, Kalinisan Sa Bagong Pilipinas, Solid
waste efforts, Anti illegal Drug Efforts, Disaster preparedness.
