AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING BUSINESS COLLECTION TO THE OWNER/S OF WIFI VENDO

MACHINE THAT IS CURRENTLY OPERATING THE BARANGAY VILLAFLOR, CLARIN, BOHOL.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Barangay of Villaflor, Clarin, Bohol in session duly assembled:

SECTION I. Title: “AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING BUSINESS COLLECTION TO THE OWNER OF

WIFI VENDO MACHINE THAT IS CURRENTLY OPERATING THE BARANGAY VILLAFLOR,
CLARIN, BOHOL.

SECTION II. Statement of Purpose:

For additional income of the Barangay.
SECTION III.FEE/s.
Business collection shall be collected by the Barangay Treasurer and issuance of an official receipt upon
payment.
Monthly fee/s - Php250.00 per wifi-vendo machine
SECTION IV.SANCTION/PENALTY.
Failure to pay the monthly fee/s for three (3) consecutive months shall be banned to operate.
SECTION V.REPEALING CLAUSE:

All ordinances, rules and regulations or parts thereof, whose provisions are in conflict with or contrary to
the provisions of this ordinance, are hereby repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.

SECTION V. EFFECTIVITY:

This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon the review and declaration of its validity by the
Sangguniang Bayan of Clarin, Bohol.
