*An Ordinance increasing the Amount/ Collection of CTC, SUMMONS, and

Barangay Certification*

Be it enacted by the Sangguniang Barangay that shall Implement the

Increase of the amount of CRC, Summons and Barangay Certification.

Section. 1. Title. This Ordinance shall be known as “ An Ordinance

Increasing the Amount of the CTC , Summon, and Barangay Certification “
of Barangay Taguitic, Kapatagan Lanao Del Norte .

Section 2, Coverage. This Ordinance shall apply to all the constituents

that needs CTC. And for those will file case needs summon and for
applying job and etc. needs Barangay Certification .

Section 3. Legal Basis. This Ordinance enacted to implement the

provisions of the Barangay Tax Ordinance.

Section 4. Purpose. This Ordinance enacted for the following purpose:

4.1. To increase the income of the barangay fund .

4.2. To minimize the case filed in the barangay .

Section 5. Definition of terms. As used in this ordinance, the following

term has its meaning as follows:

Community Tax Clearance == a piece of paper informing your bio

data.

Summon= is a form letter informing the respondent about the

schedule the time and date of their hearing.

Section 6. Payments. This ordinance enacted to implement the increase

of payment .

6.1. CTC Boy ===P 50.00 6.2 Brgy. Cert. = P50

Girl === P50.00 6.2 Summons=P 130.00

Section 7. Repealing Clause. Any ordinance consistent to this ordinance
is accordingly repeated, modified and annulled.

Section 8. Effectivity . This ordinance shall take after public hearing and
publication.

I Herby certify to the correctness of the foregoing ordinance, with was

duly enacted and approved by the Sangguninang Barangay during its
Regular Session held on January 17, 2019.
