JOINT AFFIDAVIT

We, EDWIN ALILAM and ROWENA REALIN, both of legal age, both
married, Filipinos, and residents of Alimannao, Penablanca, Cagayan, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and
state:

1. That we are longtime residents of Alimannao, Penablanca, Cagayan;

2. That we personally know MARIANO N. BANGALAN, also a resident of

Alimannao, Penablanca, Cagayan, who was born on May 16, 1953 at
Bidduang, Pamplona, Cagayan, and whose parents are Gregorio
Bangalan and Cresencia Nicolas;

3. That we know for a fact that his name is MARIANO for he is our
neighbor in Alimannao, Penablanca, Cagayan and that he is likewise
known as MARIONITO particularly in his workplace;

4. That the names MARIANO N. BANGALAN and MARIONITO N.

BANGALAN are one and the same person;

5. That we attest to this fact because we are close to said person;

6. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the

foregoing narration of facts and for any legal purpose it may serve.
