JOINT AFFIDAVIT

WE, EDMUND TAGUBA and FRANCISCO LINGAN, both of legal age,

Filipinos and residents of Caritan Sur, Cagayan after having been duly sworn to
in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. We personally know JOE VINCENT B. ALMAZAN;

2. We know for a fact since he has been studying and up to the time
that he was employed and in all his public records, he has been using JOE
VINCENT as his first name.

3. When he secured a copy of his certificate of live birth from the

Philippine Statistics Authority, his name appearing therein is JOEVINCE;

4. That JOEVINCE which is his first name appearing in his certificate

of live birth and JOE VINCENT which is his name appearing in his scholastic,
employment and public records, refers to one and the same person who is the
husband of MARCELYN ALMAZAN;

5. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the

foregoing and for whatever legal purpose it may serve him.
