JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF CHARACTER REFERRENCES

We, RUFA T. LOMOLJO, Barangay Secretary, Filipino, legal age, and a resident
of Barangay Sumirap, Tangub City, Misamis Occidental, Philippines; and JAIME S.
MANZANO, Barangay Kagawad, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of Barangay
Sumirap, Tangub City, Misamis Occidental, after being duly sworn in accordance with
law, hereby depose and state:

1. That we both personally and intimately know the persons of SHAYNA

GLAZE B. CLARIN, for a long period of time because she is a close
family friend;

2. That having known her personally, we can attest to the fact that
SHAYNA GLAZE B. CLARIN has no derogatory record in our
community and we know her to be a person of good moral character;

3. That we also know for a fact that SHAYNA GLAZE B. CLARIN is not a
member of left learning organization like Gabriela, Bayan Muna, Anak-
Pawis and other group;

4. That we are not related either by affinity or consanguinity to the above-

mentioned person;

5. That as such, we are executing this Joint Affidavit to attest the truth of
the foregoing statements and for whatever legal purpose that this
affidavit may serve.
