heretofore been encumbered, mortgaged, or pledged as security for the provisional
release of any accused, person or for the performance of any obligation of any kind
except as above-indicated.

Further, I/we bind myself/ourselves, by these presents, to give the Court at least
ten (10) days notice of any transfer or other disposition to be made on the property above-
described in order that the Court may take such action as may be necessary to protect the
interest of the Republic of the Philippines and for me/us to avoid liability under Art 316
(6) of the Revised Penal Code;

It is further stipulated that pursuant to Section 19 Art. IV of the Constitution and

Letter of Instruction No. 40 of the President of the Philippines, I/we, the undersigned

accused jumps bail or fails to appear for trial without any justification despite due notice
