1. You are hereby directed to proceed from your present station RTC 5, Camp
BGen Simeon A Ola, Legazpi City to Brgy. San Isidro, Sto. Domingo, Albay for the conduct
of Enhanced Community Immersion Program on October 27-29, 2022.

2. Minimum Health Standard Protocols shall be strictly followed. Upon

completion of mission will return to proper station.
