Pontevedra, Capiz. Currently, he disclosed that there has no threat on his life and
even do not oblige himself to have a close in security.

V. ASSESSMENT: The Barangay Kagawad expect no threat on his safety

and security and he believed that he is a good person to his constituents but based
on the current situation, there was no issues to put his life in danger.

VI. CONCLUSION: Based on the above facts and circumstances, the said
Brgy. Kagawad has no threat. However, advised him to report immediately to police
station if ever he will received any threat on his life so that the police could provide
appropriate security intervention.

VII. RECOMMENDATION: WHEREFORE, In view of the foregoing facts and

circumstances, Barangay Kagawad Danny C Crispolon has no threat on his life and
limbs, still continuous monitoring will be conducted for his safety.
