AFFIDAVIT

I, LOVELY GO TAN, legal age, Filipino and resident of Carangan, Ozamis

City, after having been sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose
and say;

1. That I am the only Heir of Willy Go, who owned a parcel of land;
under the Title No. 141 T 1289 an Area of 6,633 Square Meters,
more or less.
2. That I, Lovely Go Tan, Executed and Signed the Request for Issuance
of remaining portion sold for Garry F. Cajita, under Lot No. 2-A with
an area of 3000 square meters, more or less. And Lot No. 2-B and
Lot No. 2-C for my father with an area of 3,378 and 255 square
meters respectively, because of my father Willy Lim Go, Died on Oct.
14, 2018.
3. That this affidavit is executed to attest to the truth of foregoing facts
and for any legal purposes it may serve.
