EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, ROGER T. SANGAB, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Purok 3, Barangay
Cabbo, Peñablanca, Cagayan, and IGNACIO T. SANGAB, of legal age, married, Filipino and a
resident of Purok 3, Cabbo, Peñablanca, Cagayan, do hereby declare as follows:

1.That the above-named parties are the legitimate children and compulsory heirs of the deceased
CECILIA TAPPA-SANGAB who died on August 17, 2013 at Peñablanca, Cagayan;

2.That the decedent died intestate, without leaving any Last Will or Testament and without
leaving any debts or accounts whatsoever;

3.That the decedent left the following parcel of land which is conjugal and owned in common
with her late husband, Mariano Sangab, and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-
59334, particularly described as:

“A parcel of land Lot No. 9 of the subd. Plan, Psd-2-01-017523 being portion of P-51707,
situated in the Barrio of Cabbo, Peñablanca, Cagayan, containing an area of One Thousand
Four Hundred Twenty (1, 420) square meters, more or less.”

That pursuant to Section 1, Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of the Philippines, and the
parties herein being all of age and full civil capacity, they have agreed to divide as they do
hereby divide and adjudicate, the real properties in equal shares pro indiviso in the following
manner;
A. Lot 9-B with 710 square meters, shall belong to Roger T. Sangab
B. Lot 9-A with 710 square meters, shall belong to Ignacio T. Sangab

5.That we hereby affirm that we have executed the this instrument out of our own free will
without force, intimidation or violence upon our person, and that we have hereby received our
just and proper share and have no more claim or demand against each other in connection with
the adjudication of the above-described parcel of land;
