ACKNOWLEDGMENT RECEIPT

I, JESUS P. MANALIGOD, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of

Cordova, Amulung, Cagayan, hereby acknowledge to have received the amount
of SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS (P70,000.00) from JAYSON CABAN
SABBAN, of legal age, and presently residing at Calintaan West, Amulung,
Cagayan, representing the partial payment of a parcel of land, specifically Lot
No. 584-C, and located at Calintaan, Amulung, Cagayan and registered in the
name of FRANCISCA A. CALDEZ.

This instrument served as protection of both the seller and buyer pending
the delivery of the full payment and execution of corresponding DEED OF
ABSOLUTE SALE by the said FRANCISCA A. CALDEZ.
