JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, SAIMA M. GAMBUAY and NAURESA S. CAGANAP, both of legal

age, Filipino and resident of new Society Village Pob., Butuan City, Agusan
del Norte, after being duly sworn to according to law, hereby depose and say:

We personally know the person RYAN N. NAGAMORA, 41 years old,

and a resident of P-6 Narra Road, New Society Village, Butuan City, Agusan
del Norte, being our neighbor;

That we know for a fact that he had one (1) child named HANNAN
GUBAT NAGAMORA, born on July 1, 2009 at Tagum City, Davao del Norte;

That the biological mother of said child HALIDAH BUNGAROS GUBAT

and RYAN N. NAGAMORA, was married on August 13, 2008 at Nabunturan,
Compostella Valley;

That the reason for the separation was that the wife, HALIDAH G.
NAGAMORA, abandoned her family and that RYAN N. NAGAMORA was left
alone with the sole responsibility of parenthood;

That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and for
whatever legal purposes this may serve best.
