JOINT-AFFIDAVIT OF DISTINTERESTED PERSONS

We, VERONICA U. CAPA and ABRAHAM G. BABIDA, both legal ages,

and both residents of Centro East, Sta. Teresita, Cagayan, respectively, under oath,
state:

1. THAT we personally know Apolonio M. Bilag of Villa, Sta. Teresita,

Cagayan;

2. THAT we have personal knowledge of his death on July 2, 2019;
